Booking & Salon Policies • A valid card on file is required to book all appointments. • Payment Notice: A 2.5% payment processing fee will be applied to all online card payments at checkout. This fee helps cover secure payment processing. Thank you for supporting my small business! • A non-refundable 30% deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit will be applied toward your total service cost. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. • Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 30% of the scheduled service total. Your original 30% deposit will be applied toward that charge. • No-shows and no-call/no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. • Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule. A fee of 30% the scheduled service total will be charged, and the appointment will be canceled unless my schedule allows me to accommodate you. • Please arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup. If you are using medications such as tretinoin or Accutane (isotretinoin), or if you have any allergies, please let me know before your appointment. • No foreign fills: If you currently have lash extensions applied by another artist, they will require a removal and a new full set. • Please keep your phone on silent during your appointment. • No extra guests are permitted during appointments.
