Cancellation Policy

• A valid card on file is required to book all appointments. • A non-refundable 30% deposit is required to secure your appointment and will go toward your service total. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received. • Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment time will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Your 30% deposit goes towards 100% of services booked. • No-shows and no-call/no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. • Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule and 100% of the scheduled services will be charged and your appointment will be cancelled for that day, unless I have an opening. • Please arrive with clean lashes/no eye makeup. • No foreign fills. If you have previous lashes on from another artist, a full set is needed. • Phones must remain on silent during appointments. • No extra guests.
